I recently made and internet purchase for some chemicals, this was the first time I order from Thermospas on the website, I had a problem when submitting my order with a debit card so I then used a credit card and the order went through, however my debit card was charged 3x without my knowledge. When I checked my online bank statement I discovered that my debit card had been charged 3x, I then contacted customer service immediately via website and Lillian Matias immediately responded to me immediately and researched what had happened and resolved the problem for me in speedy fashion. If I ever have any more problemsor questions I certainly will contact Lillian for assistance. Thank you very much Lillian. A very satisfied customer.
