The Spa Trainer

A solid steel frame rigidly supports a Continuous Cast Acrylic shell, that is further reinforced with Thermo Bonding to create a swim spa that is much stronger than typical tubs. The exterior is built from reversible panels of Thermo Board weatherproof synthetic so there is no need to worry about maintenance or insect damage. There is no warping, fading, sanding or staining required so you spend less time working on it and a lot more time enjoying it!
The Indestructible Shell
Understanding that the life of the product is correlated to the life of the shell, ThermoSpas engineers spared no expense. The outer  skin is constructed from a smooth, luxurious Continuous Cast Acrylic with built-in UV inhibitors that help ensure lasting beauty and a durable finish. For structural integrity, their ThermoBond Rigidizing System was used. This includes an initial layer of an exclusive vinyl ester resin compound along with multiple layers of pure, 100% resin and fiberglass. Absolutely no fillers are added. This unique proprietary system has been used by ThermoSpas for years with an unprecedented 0% failure rate.
Quality components and innovative plumbing techniques
On every pump ThermoSpas uses Viton seals between the motor and the impeller (similar to those used on North Sea oil rigs) to help ensure a problem free environment. ThermoSpas unique Thermo- Filtration System includes oversized plumbing lines and a 40 GPM independent pump that runs 24/7. This exclusive filtration system guarantees nearly 10 times the filtering capacity of competitors’ products. Couple this with a unique, proprietary floor cleaning system and you have clean, healthy water every day with very little maintenance.
A cabinet that never loses its beauty or its function
ThermoBoard panels provide the look and feel of elegant wood but in fact, are constructed of a rugged synthetic material proven impervious to weather and requiring no sanding or staining for the life of the spa. Each panel is easily removable making service simple and inexpensive. They’re also reversible and interchangeable allowing you to keep your cabinet looking new even if unexpected damage occurs.
Behind the walls sits a heavy duty 12-gauge, welded structural steel frame, so strong, that unlike ordinary spas, it will sport a full level of water even with the outer decorative panels removed. ThermoSpas trademark ThermoInsulation System provides the standard for energy efficiency and quiet operation. Add in our ThermoCover, the industry’s best insulated hard cover, and you have the safest and least expensive swim spa to operate and own.

Safe and Simple
All electrical components are sealed within the cabinet. Multiple safety suction fittings prevent underwater entrapment. Our UL-listed Thermo- Cover will withstand the weight of over 200 lbs with locking devices to help prevent the entry of uninvited guests. The SwimSpa comes with a lockable cover so you don't have to worry about security. The easy-to-lift cover also helps the built-in Thermo-Filtration system and optional Therm-Ozone system keep water maintenance in the SwimSpa incredibly simple and safe, compared to a swimming pool that needs to be treated continuously.
Portable and Easy-to-Install
Installation is quick, either indoors or outside, and its compact size makes it ideal for use in smaller spaces. Its self-contained construction means that it is portable, so it can be drained and moved if you relocate.
