Dear ThermoSpas, Hi, my name is Carol Nobles. I purchased my ThermoSpa in August of 2000. It is aa Avalon green in color. It has been one of the best investments I have ever made. Since Sept. when it was delivered we have enjoyed it almost every day. My daughter who is 7 was terrified of the water, but the spa has helped her overcome that fear. The service dept. has been very helpful at first I had a hard time getting the water to stay clear. After calling many times I think I finally understand, so a special thank you to them. In the spring of 2000 we added a sun porch to the back of the home. At first we had only wicker furniture and beautiful plants in it but something was missing, I searched at many different stores looking at hot tubs and more furniture to put out there, but one night I was watching tv and your commercial came on. I called and got the video. After watching it I still wasn’t sure, but I called and got an appointment for someone to come out. Your representative was very helpful. He stayed a while measuring the porch and helping me decide on colors that would match the furniture. He was knowledgeable about his product. I was so glad that I didn’t buy the hot tub from Home Depot. I honestly feel like it was the best purchase I have ever made especially from a value stand point. So thanks again for everything.
