With the newest advancements in technology and materials, today is the best time to consider buying a new hot tub, healing and therapy Spa hot tub, or swimming and exercise spa. What are some of the main features to look for when looking into a hot tub purchase for you and your family?

The first feature that you’ll want to look at is the shell of the hot tub, both the size of the shell, and its construction and the materials used are important factors. Many cheaper hot tubs available on the market, although inexpensive, end out quickly fading, cracking or simply are not able to withstand the pressure. Of the many features of a hot tub, all can be replaced except for the shell.

Another important feature is the system of water purification you will choose. Customer Service a real help

Just wanted to say that Milton Velez is wonderful as a customer service person. He was very patient and really wanted to help me sove my problem which he did help me do. He helped me gain some confedence that I didnt know I had. Most people today in the world dont care about other people that are on the other end of the phone, but he did and i am very grateful! About two years ago I purchased a used hottub from a friend. The tub sat in their backyard for years without being used or cared for. When I got it and was trying to get it back to a usable condition I came across a lot of issues. I called the 1-800 number and happened across Milton Velez. I can't say enough about how supportive and patienthe has been in getting me the parts I needed. I replaced the headrests, acrylic handles, and the main circuit board to name a few. He gave me his extension so I can call him directly for any new issues, and believe me there have been. He's a great asset to your company and a pleasure to deal with. Where customer service seems not a priority these days, Milton excels in providingthe best! Thanks again Milton for a job well done!

Dear Taneka Winstead,I want to finally take the time to thank you for the great follow up and service you all gave us with our new hot tub! You were our key contact person thru our delivery process and I think your supervisor should know how well you followed up with us. You were nice to work with. You are about truly showing concern to see that your customers are happy. My wife and I love the tub and I think everyone should have one.

My neighbors have been in ours and I told Gary they need one. My daughter and her friends love it! My brother-in-law, Lyn, wants one and I have some golf buddies yet to check it out. Anyway, we use the tub just about every day and I can feel the difference! It's great in the mornings and on weekends too. It is so relaxing and I feel like I just had a professional massage. We truly love our hot tub! Be sure to thank Jason Crammer, the other Jason, and Bryan who came out in person and did a wonderful job. A Testament to ThermoSpas Insulation

Dear Thermospas,The area where we live, northwest Missouri, was devastated by the worst ice storm in memory this early December. Electrical service was knocked out to every residence and business in our county, as well as several adjoining counties. Electric crews made a heroic effort, but damage was so extensive that our power was not restored for seven and one-half days.

Our Thermospa sits on an exposed deck outside the bedroom. During the seven days when the power was off, the daytime temperature never rose above the twenties. At night, the temperature often dipped to near zero. Let me repeat that, seven days with temperatures averaging at about twelve degrees. With no electricity, there was no heater, no pumps, and no way to circulate the water in the plumbing under the spa.

We had resigned ourselves to the fact that the spa would have extensive damage and hoped that our homeowner’s insurance would at least help with the cost of repairs or replacement. In fact, our gas furnace had also quit during this crisis and we made tentative plans to use the settlement for the spa to offset the cost of furnace replacement.

When the power was restored, we were shocked to discover that the spa was still functioning! We thought that surely small leaks would become apparent as time passed. But to our surprise, the insulation around the Thermospa was so efficient, that there was no damage, whatsoever! I can’t express how impressed we have been. Thermospa makes some big claims about their insulation, but seeing is believing!

Thank you for such a great product. And, it turned out that the furnace only required a $100.00 part, so it was easily fixed, too. No insurance settlement required.
