Our Customer Care Department is staffed by trained representatives who really care about helping you. They are knowledgeable in every facet of water chemistry and hot tub operation. Each Customer Care representative must complete a four level training program and pass a series of written and oral tests.
We are available to answer your toll-free call Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. and Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST. Most questions and problems can usually be resolved with a simple phone call. If troubleshooting over the phone is not sufficient, our representative will arrange for service in a timely manner.
Our Customer Care Department also carries everything you need from chemicals and cleaning supplies, to filters and covers. Our staff of trained personnel can answer any questions you may have on any of our supplies and additions. They will also be able to offer suggestions on related products.
