Chronic stress can lead to physical health issues such as depression, hair loss and ulcers. Relaxation is vital to our health. We all know this, but at times we need to be reminded to slow down.

    Today, August 15th 2012, is National Relaxation Day and it’s the perfect excuse to indulge in a mid-week break. You may think that you can’t afford to take a break today because you have too much work. Relaxing will actually help you think clearer, be more productive, and increase your creativity.
