Control Panel Message Meaning Action Required
1500D "Flashing" OH Overheat protection DO NOT ENTER THE WATER Contact dealer for repair / replacement of sensors or Pc board.
1500D FL Flow switch detection 1) The filter may be plugged. Remove the filter and clean or replace. 2) The amount of water flow may be inadequate. Make sure the spa is filled correctly. 3) A pressure switch may have malfunctioned. Contact your dealer or service organization.

1800D SL Set temperature Lock Press the set heat up then aux. buttons on 1800D or on 1900D press the set heat up then the blower buttons. The set temperature will be locked, but may still be viewed. The display will alternate between the water temperature and "SL". Follow same sequence to unlock temperature.
1800D Econ Economy Mode Press the set heat up then the pump button. The set temperature will be locked but may still be viewed. The display will alternate between the current water temperature, "Econ" and "cool" until the spa water is less than 15 F cooler than the set temperature. Follow the same sequence to change back to standard mode. The temperature will then rise back to its original setting.

1800D ICE Freeze Protection If a freeze condition is detected, the pumps are automatically activated. This is a normal spa functionm, no corrective action is necessary. Freeze protection is enabled regardless of the spa's status.

2000D COOL Temperature set Back The heater will activate to provide freeze protection when the spa water is more than 20 F cooler than set temperature. This is a normal spa function, no corrective action is necessary.
2000D ICE Freeze Protection If a freeze condition is detected,the pumps are automatically activated. This is a normal spa function: no corrective action is necessary. Freeze protection is enabled regardless of the spa's status.
2000D Sn 1 Open sensor (Spa is deactivated) The high limit sensor is non-functional. This must be repaired only by a dealer or service organization.
2000D Sn 3 Open sensor (Spa is deactivated) The main sensor is non-functional. This must be repaired only by a dealer or service organization.
2000D 50 or SO PH Jumper missing The plastic jumper pin on the PC board is missing or fell off.
2000D LOCF Temperature Lock Press the warm or cool button, then press the mode button to lock the temperature. The display will show LOCF alternately with the temperature. Press the warm or the cool button, then press the light and or mode button to unlock the temperature.
2000D LOC Panel Lock Press the warm or the cool button then the light button to lock the control panel. The display will show LOC alternately with the temperature. Press the warm or cool button, then the mode and or light to unlock the panel.
2000D O3 Ozone indicator
TS500 "St" Standard mode Heats to desired temperature.
TS500 "Ec" Economy mode Heats spa to set temp only when in a filtration cycle unless water temp drops below 80 F.
TS500 "Fc" Preset filter cycles The first filter cycle begins 6 minutes after the spa is energized. The second filter cycle begins 12 hours later. Filter duration is programmable for 2,4,6,8 hours or for continuous filtration (indicated by "Fc"). The default filter time is 2 hours.

TS500 HH "Over heat " the spa has shut down. One of the sensors has detected 118 F/ 48 C at the heater DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the spa cover and allow water to cool. Once the heater has cooled, reset by pushing any button. If spa does not reset, shut off the power to the spa and call your service department.
TS500 OH "Overheat" - the spa has shut down. One of the sensors has detected that the spa water is 110 F/ 43 C. DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the spa cover and allow water to cool. Once the heater has cooled, reset by pushing any button. If spa does not reset, shut off the power to the spa and call your service department.
TS500 IC "ICE" - Potential freeze condition is detected. No action is required. The pump and blower will automatically activate regardless of spa status.
TS500 SA Spa is shut down. The sensor that is plugged into the sensor "A" Jack is not working If the problem persists, contact your service department. (May appear temporarily in an overheat situation and disappear when the heater cools)
TS500 Sb Spa is shut down. The sensor that is plugged into the "B" Jack is not working. If the problem persists, contact your service department. (May appear temporarily in an overheat situation and disappear when the heater cools)
TS500 Sn Sensors are out of balance. If alternating with spa temperature, it may just be a temporary condition. If flashing by itself, spa is shut down. If the problem persists, contact your service department.
TS500 HL A significant difference between temperature sensors has been detected. This could indicate a flow problem. Check water level in spa. Refill if necessary. If the water level is okay, make sure the pumps have been primed. If problem persists, contact your service department.
TS500 LF Persistant low flow problems. (displays on fifth occurrence of "HL" message within 24 hours.) Heater is shut down, but other spa functions continue to run normally. Follow action required for "HL" message. Heating capability of the spa will not reset automatically, you may press any button to reset.
TS500 dr Possible inadequate water, poor flow or air bubbles detected in the heater. Spa is shut down for 15 minutes. Check water level in spa. Refill if necessary. If the water level is correct, make sure the pumps have been primed. Press any button to reset, or this message will automatically reset within 15 minutes. If problem persists, contact your service department.
TS500 dy Inadequate water detected in heater.(Displays on third occurrence of "dr"message). Spa is shut down. Follow action required for "dr" message. Spa will not automatically reset. Press any button to reset.
TS701 OHH "Overheat"-The spa has shut down. One of the sensors has detected 118 F / 47.8 C DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the spa cover and allow water to cool. Once the heater has cooled, reset by pushing any button. If spa does not reset shut off the power to the spa and call your service department.
TS701 OH "Overheat" - the spa has shut down. One of the sensors has detected that the spa water is 110 F / 43 C. DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the spa cover and allow water to cool. At 107 F / 42 C, the spa should automatically reset. If spa does not reset, shut off the power to the spa and call your service department.

TS701 Pr When your spa is first actuated, it will go into Priming mode. See your owners manual for start up procedures and priming pump instructions. The priming mode will last for up to 4 minutes. Once the pump is primed it will begin to heat and maintain water temperature in standard mode.
TS701 --F Temperature unknown. After pump has been running for 2 minutes, the temperature will be displayed.
TS701 --C Temperature unknown. After pump has been running for 2 minutes, the temperature will be displayed.
TS701 --- Temperature not current in economy or sleep mode. In economy or sleep mode, the pump may be off for hours outside a filter. If you wish to see the current temperature, either switch to standard mode or turn jets 1 on for at least 2 minutes.
TS701 buf Internal problem detected. Repair required. Contact your dealer or service organization.
TS701 rPH Occurs every 7 days Test and adjust chemical levels.
TS701 rSA Occurs every 7 days Test and adjust chemical levels.
TS701 rCL Occurs every 30 days Remove, clean and reinstall filters.
TS701 rtg Occurs every 30 days Test and reset GFCI according to manufacturers instructions.
TS701 rdr Occurs every 90 days Drain and refill spa.
TS701 rCO Occurs every 180 days Clean and condition cover.

TS701 rCH Occurs every 365 days Install new filter or filters.
