Dear ThermoSpas, I am a very new spa owner, May 17th 2001. That just goes to show you in such a short time how much ThermoSpas can change your life. I am a 28 year old fine dining waitress and a mother of two. I have a healthy, two year old young man named Jaden, and an eight year old angel girl named Dareien. In 1997, Dareien was diagnosed with a terminal genetic disease called Battena ( life expectancy, 6-8 years). Since being diagnosed 5 years ago, everything she previously learned, I watched her lose. All her speech, her walking, sitting, and eating abilities. However, her laugh and her smile are worth millions. She is on anti-seizure meds, from being bed ridden her muscles get so tense, she is on muscle relaxers. From 6 months of age to 3 ½ years, she was in swimming lessons and had the greatest love and passion for water. We used to have a pool that was hard t maintain and extremely expensive to try to heat. With the incredible amount of stress in my life and everyday challenges, I decided I have never been on a vacation I think I need one. Then I saw a ThermoSpas advertisement and immediately decided water therapy for Dareien and a vacation spot for us to enjoy for years to come – SOLD! And enjoy is surely an understatement. As a family, we get into the spa every evening. Dareien kicks and splashes. For someone who is non-verbal – it would be impossible not to notice how great of a time she is having. To see how relaxed she is each day. She also sleeps much better. I wish I would’ve bought my ThermoSpas years ago. Jaden, the two year old, need I say more? He thinks we have the greatest bathtub ever. He laughs and laughs, and that makes Dareien laugh – that’s priceless to me. And when bedtime comes, Jaden is all worn out and calmed down so he sleeps like a little baby. And when the kids are in bed, every single night my boyfriend and I enjoy and relax in our ThermoSpas. He works a physical job and used to have a hard time sleeping – please note “used to”. Both of our stress levels have lowered and our everyday lives seem so much easier. Our spa was our first purchase as a couple together – however, thanks to the ThermoSpas, I think engagement rings are next. When people ask me, “How do I do it?” How do you go on in day to day life?”. I simply reply, “Just live each day, live for each moment, don’t wait to make decisions you know will improve your lifestyle.
