I am sending this e-mail in regards to the service I received from your Service Tech, Terrell Taylor. Being quite concerned about my Park Avenue Delux Spa, I called your company and was blessed to have Mr. Taylor as my tech. He not only was polite and knowledgeable about my spa problem, but he was very concerned and took an interest in all that I needed to know.
