I am a retired swim coach who fell down a flight of stairs at swim practice and severely injured my back. After three months of traction I had back surgery in 1992. Then I had to have shots in my back and that still didn’t work. Finally my doctor suggested that I try spa therapy. What a natural thing for me to do, get back in the water, and so I did at a rehab center. After two sessions, the hustle and the bustle to and from therapy, then the dreaded wait, and then the forms to fill out, the changing of my clothes, then the thoughts; who sat in this tub last? Will I get an infection? When did they clean this tub last? When was the last time someone changed the water? That was too many questions for me. I decided to purchase my own ThermoSpa hot tub. The exceptional value of the spa and the benefits were great. All I have to do is put my bathing suit on and go into my backyard, whenever and as often as I would like. I don’t have to wait until my appointment. I stopped taking one of my pain pills after a few sessions in the sap, and after a while I stopped all the pills.
