After a horrific car accident in which I have received a severe traumatic head injury and bodily damage, my life changed forever. I had trouble moving – walking, laying down, and sleeping because of joint and muscle pain – my head injury left me unable to function, let alone get to a rehabilitation center appointment. I received months of physical therapy/rehabilitation. My neurologist and therapist said the best thing I could do for relief was to get into a hot tub where I could get hydrotherapy and moderate exercise on a daily basis. The only spas we’d heard about had many horror stories – leaks, cracks, broken or clogged jets that couldn’t be reached or did absolutely nothing but move hot water. We tried friends “spas” that had jets but no real jet therapy. My shower gave me more massage! We were absolute skeptics! I was in a lot of pain one night and caught your commercial on TV. We got it and watched the tape and read the brochure (husband’s an engineer and critiques the efficiency and design of everything!). We contacted ThermoSpa and became owners of a Park Avenue! Now to my story- The gentle swirling and pulsating motion of the therapy jets help relieve my neck, back, and leg pain. Physically, emotionally, and mentally, ThermoSpa has helped life become livable again. My stress level decreased for I no longer have to stay in pain waiting for the next physical therapy appointment which gave me only temporary relief. I was taking so much pain medication, that my quality of life was nil with severe pain and head injury, sleep was almost out of the question even with drugs. Now, day or night 2407 all I need to do is get into my hot tub turn on the therapy jets and within minutes my muscles relax and joint pain subsides to a livable level. Relief is more permanent because I’m able to have therapy whenever it’s needed. Did I mention that after an evening soak, I sleep so much better at night. And by the way, it doesn’t hurt enjoying some quality time in the spa with my husband – while the benefits of the many jets and bubbles relax us. ThermoSpa has become part of our daily lives. We use our ThermoSpa together to catch up on the days events and relax from the everyday stress, while relieving everyday aches and pains with the soothing jets and bubbles form our ThermoSpa.
