Having been in a business for thirty plus years that was extremely stressful, I finally attained retirement age. It was well-deserved retirement being that during my entire working career I seldom took a vacation or had the luxury of a sick day. Soon after retiring I did extensive volunteer work and was fortunate enough to have a tennis court erected in my back yard. I play tennis just about every day. Sometimes as much as four hours a day during warm weather, and for just about half that amount of time during the indoor tennis winter season. This excessive amount of tennis began to take its toll on my joints. An orthopedic surgeon suggested I purchase an outdoor spa to help alleviate the join pain, and his advice was right on the mark since the purchase of the spa, it is remarkable as to the benefits I derive relative to my joint and muscle pain, in addition to the mere enjoyment of sharing the spa with family and friends. I use the spa after every tennis session in addition to the times when I simply want to relax.
