Refreshing attitude toward customer service
When we initially pursued purchasing a spa, I was very reluctant to spend that kind of money for something purely for relaxation especially since I was the main family member who wanted a spa. My concern was that I would not use the spa on a daily basis and it would be sitting there consuming energy and costing our family money. Well, after the first week all my concerns were put to rest. We use the spa every night. It is a special time for my husband and I to talk, and just enjoy some quiet time together. Little did I know that it would also help some problems I have with my lower back and shoulder pain. Before purchasing our ThermoSpa I was receiving steroid injections about twice a year for these problems. Since we installed our spa, approximately one year ago, injections have not been necessary. My husband recently built a screen house for our spa. He installed sky lights in the room and a beautiful stained glass window over the door. He also hung a stained glass light in the center of the screen house. Now when you look out our sunroom you look directly into the screen house at our beautiful spa. We also purchased an antique wrought iron bakers rack to use for towels in the screen house. I guess you can tell we love searching for antiques. And by the way the spa is the perfect place to end a long day of walking through antique shops and flea markets. We just completed a weekend of searching for an appropriate antique weathervane for the roof of the screen house. We didn’t have any luck this weekend but we’re not giving up because when we get home we can relax in our ThermoSpa.
