I have been mainly pleased by the professional services provided by the various people representing Thermospas throughout the purchase, installation and startup of my spa.

John Moore spent many hours responding to my questions and working to coordinate the various activities related to the installation. He provided much needed assistence in bringing together the crane, concrete and electrical construction required. He has always responded rapidly to any and all of my questions and concerns in a very positive manner. Lis ? delivered the spa and was super helpful several days later. The spa cover was not shipped with the spa, but as a crane needed had been ordered, the delivery was taken. A plastic covering was placed over the spa. Several days later, a threat of a rain storm required a more substantial covering and Lis came out a 9 pm on a Friday night to provide a ply wood covering. Upon startup of the spa, some pump problemsp revented full spa activation Trever Hitch responded and worked past 8 pm to assist in the startup. He also spent time explaining various features of the spa which were not readily apparent from a reading of the accompaning literature.
