My wife and I are proud owners of a Concord Elite ThermoSpa for just over one year. I saw the advertisement on TV and sent for the video. I was impressed. I ordered it. It arrived a week before a special day. It was a 38th anniversary surprise. That was the first time we used it. It is in use daily, mostly at night when my wife and I love to stargaze and watch the moon rise … even howling when its full. Also, at night we can count the flashing lights of jets heading for Europe or other far away destinations. I don’t know where they departed from, but many fly over Cape Cod where we live. As we are both enjoying good health, our spa is used mostly for relaxation and just plain enjoyment. My wife is a first grade teacher, and many evenings a half hour in the spa is just what she needs to clam down after a stressful day. It usually allows her to go to sleep, quickly. She also had knee surgery last summer and the therapy exercises were easier to do in the spa than out of the water. It made recovery speedy. Instead of 6 weeks, 4 were only needed before full use of her knee was evident and she was ready to start another year of teaching on time. To accommodate any guests, we tore down an existing deck and had another built surrounding the spa. It has room for 2 tables, chairs, and a grille. It is also just outside our rear door which makes it very convenient during the cold winter months, even when it is snowing! It was exciting to be in the spa, wearing a hat, and having the snow fall on us. To protect our investment, we also removed a rather large tree and an overhanging limb form another tree. Both of these would have come crashing down in a strong wind or hurricane on our spa. I constantly polish the cover and also cover it with a sheet to keep the birds and squirrels from leaving their discards on it. I love my ThermoSpa and all the enjoyment it has brought me and my family, relatives and friends. Why did I wait so long? Thank you ThermoSpas, John McArdle
