When I purchased my designer Lexington spa from you in 1996, I never imagined that I would be using it for pleasure and therapeutic treatments in connection with my three major medical operations. I had two shoulder replacements and one knee replacement with in a two year period. Part of my new therapy was at the indoor pool of a local community center (during the winter). I continued my therapy in my spa when spring arrived and had very satisfactory results. I would recommend to anyone having major limb surgery, after checking with their doctor, to use the spa for therapeutic reasons. It has been over five years since I purchased my spa from you and I have been enjoying it for almost every day of the week. I thank you for having your agent, Jon Bertini, come to our home, offer your various spa choices and options, without any high pressure tactics, and convincing us to purchase a ThermoSpa from your well known company. I continue to view your commercials for the latest technology on our local cable network and enjoy them very much. I can’t understand why anyone would view your commercials and not contact you for a few video tape and additional information. Jeannette N Bansak P.S.
