My husband and I are middle aged outdoors people; active in hang gliding and motorcycling. We each suffer from arthritis, my husband with degenerative disks and I cervical spondoylosis. Before we sat down with a ThermoSpa representative we did extensive research on spas. We went to several dealerships in the extended Baltimore are and inspected several styles by different manufacturers. We were disappointed by both the products and by the lack of knowledge of the sales people. We promptly received the ThermoSpa brochure we requested after viewing the television commercial. From our initial contact, we have found all the company’s representatives from the rep who confirmed our receipt of the info, the gentleman who set up our appointment with a rep, the sales rep, and the accessories rep – to be helpful and knowledgeable without being cloying. Our Lexington Spa was installed on the promised date of April 12, 2000. The delivery gentlemen were polite, friendly, well-spoken, and efficient. We found the instructional manual to be comprehensive and well-written. From the first day, we have found our Lexington Spa totally satisfying; pleased with its many options and quality of workmanship. My husband and I feel we made an excellent choice and look forward to many years of luxuriating in our ThermoSpa.
