Dear ThermoSpa, I am writing to you to thank you all for taking the time to come and visit us at our home and introduce to us the ThermoSpa. We have had our ThermoSpa for almost two years and we love it!! We use our spa for different reasons. One reason is for entertaining, fun, relaxing and just to say that we have one. The most important reason that my husband uses the spa for is that he was involved in a very serious car accident two years ago. He was hospitalized for 1 week and needed therapy after the accident. My husband followed up with appointments and nothing seemed to work. After purchasing our spa my husband would go in there daily to make his hip feel better. The only good therapy for my husband was the spa. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars on therapists and doctors and the only solution we found was with our spa. The spa is the only thing that made my husband feel better. Two years have almost passed and after a hard day at work (construction) my husband still comes home daily to use it so he can relax and loosen up those muscles. We have numerous friends who have purchased hot tubs and nothing has ever compared to ours. The jets, the lounge, the chair make our hot tub the best. Other hot tubs have a few jets and usually you just sit there. With ours it is so entertaining. Again, we would like to thank you for coming into our home and introducing us to your spa. If it wasn’t for your knowledgeable sales staff we would never have purchased one. No matter what questions we had for him he was quick and intelligent to respond. When we first got our spa we had some questions and we would call you and the person who we spoke to was very helpful. We can’t say enough about your company. Again, thank you for such a wonderful purchase. We are so happy because of you and stress free at times! P.S. Also, the people who delivered our spa were friendly and very hardworking.
