My husband and I have enjoyed our ThermoSpa hot tub for 3 years now. It has been one of the best purchases in our married life. Most mornings it is often the first (maybe second!) thing we do when we awaken. What a lovely way to greet the day regardless of weather conditions. We have a room indoors devoted just for the hot tub so we can use it all the time. A hot soak helps my husband warm up his muscles and joints to begin a day of hard physical work as a framing carpenter. We live in New England, so we cherish the warmth come winter. As for me, a morning session in the hot tub puts me in a wonderful frame of mind and body to greet and work with my clients in the massage therapy practice. I only wish we had room to offer such a service at my work site. It would go a long way to fulfill the relaxation needed by some of my clients. In the evening, after our busy and physically exhausting days, we love to unwind; together in the hot tub. It provides us with a special time to share about our day’s events, anecdotes and traumas without interference from phone, and all other noise. In many ways it has greatly added to the solidarity of our marriage. We have no children, but we do have two dogs that can not understand why we ant to sit in hot bubbly water, when we could run around in a mud puddle with them. What they don’t know is that we have finally found a place where they won’t pester us! When we have company, we often share the experience with our friends and family. Not only does it help them unwind, it also relieves some of their physical ailments. My sister in law recently was amazed how it helped her muscle spasms from a fractured pelvis. My brother was helped with a back injury that constantly bothers him. It truly has been a blessing for many people in our lives. The best statement I can make about our ThermoSpa hot tub is that it enables people to get closer, feel better, and allows relationships to flourish while nurturing bodies, minds, and spirits.
