Dear ThermoSpa, I purchased my hot tub in December 2000l. AT the time, I was very undecided which ThermoSpa model to buy. My husband and I met with Roy Munger, one of the factory technicians, at one of your warehouse sales. He helped me to choose the Concord Elite. Since, then I have come to the conclusion that this may very well be the best investment that I have ever made. I am certain that my family and I will be using the hot tub for years to come, therefore I know I’ve spent my money wisely. I primarily use my hot tub for relaxation. I literally “melt” every time I climb in. I can feel my whole body relax as I enjoy the work of the bubbles and the different jets. When I use the tub before going to bed, I am guaranteed a great night’s sleep! My husband was very reluctant about using the tub in the dead of winter. It sure didn’t take long to convince him otherwise. He derived much enjoyment out of the fact that even though the outside temperature was below freezing, he was quite comfortable in the 102 degree water. He was quite surprised one night when he noticed that he had icicles on the back of his hair! My daughter has lower back trouble, and she has found the hot tub to be a great source of relaxation for her tight muscles. My son is 15 and shortly after my hot tub was up and running he commented: “Mom the hot tub rules! You are the best. This is going to be great for my social life!” His friends tell him that our hot tub us very “cool”. My hot tub has been a wonderful source of comfort and enjoyment for my entire family, each having a different reason. Thank you ThermoSpa!! Kathy Silverstein |
