Dear ThermoSpa, I recently encountered a problem with my three year old ThermoSpa. I called your factory repair center and spoke to a person named Brian, who after about seven or eight minutes of diagnostic consultation, found the problem to be a simple bad electrical wiring connection. Absolutely Amazing! What a pleasure to do business with a company that makes a good product, knows how to service it, and keeps their customers happy.
