Our love for “hot tubs” goes way back. We asked a lot of questions at the 1998 home show in West Springfield and found that ThermoSpa was the best on the market. Due to our sore backs from our jobs, we called and made an appointment with Jack Wysocki. He not only was very prompt, he was right up front with us, and very knowledgeable with his product. We signed the papers that same night! We bought your Park Avenue model for five people in a very pretty teal color. Your advertisement “we turn water into therapy” is definitely an understatement. We love it. My husband is a maintenance technician and is involved in manual labor all day long, and I am an x-ray technologist at a local hospital and my entire day involves lifting, pushing, carrying, tugging, etc… At the end of our days, sometimes even before supper, we fade away in our spa. Twenty minutes to ½ hour later, we are totally new people with no more aches and pains, and ready to face whatever is happening that night. We have two teenagers, so our evenings are as busy as our days. It’s a miracle how those jets massage the aches and pains away so quickly. We recently have built a patio enclosure 3 season porch around our therapy spa so we can use it even more through all types of weather. Words can not express how much we enjoy our spa. We also have friends coming out of the woodwork, and everyone insists that all future parties be at our house. We’ve had lots of good times entertaining in our therapy spa. We’ve only had to call on your service department a couple of times to come fix some minor problems, or talk my husband through fixing certain problems. We were very impressed with the servicemen’s ability to fix the problem or explain over the phone what to do in hardly any time at all. Needless to say we are very happy customers!
