Thank you for providing such a knowledgeable representative to assist us in setting up and inspecting our Thermospa hot tub this past week. Alex was very thorough in his inspection of our installation and in checking out all of the components - along with making some recommendations on ensuring proper - and optimum - operation and maintenance of our spa.
