My girlfriend, who is also my neighbor, has a pool in her backyard. We always had wonderful barbeques and pool parties at her home. Then she bought a ThermoSpa hot tub and I tried her hot tub during one of her parties. The hot tub felt so relaxing, and I could see the guests were spending a lot of time in the hot tub. I made the decision to buy my own ThermoSpa, which I have had now for about two years. The entire family enjoys the ThermoSpa and best of all, it can be used year round. I set up our tub right outside my back door and we have been in the hot tub in twenty degrees during the winter, while it was snowing and raining, as well as in the nice weather. I feel as if I am really getting value for my money by being able to use the Spa year round and not just six months of the year. The Spa is easy to maintain and install. I had an electrician run a dedicated electric line ot the Spa, but that is the only special installation required. I fill the Spa with a garden hose and siphon it with the same hose to empty and clean it. I recommend buying the Spa with the automatic cover. The cover is easy to use, is always in place and keeps the Spa clean and warm. There are locks on the cover, which is an added safety feature, that keep small children and pets out of the hot tub. The cover has a weight capacity and will not buckle if a child climbs on top of it. I have even sat on it! My elderly father and I use the Spa to soothe our joint pain that we have from arthritis. My physician sent me for physical therapy and the therapist treated me with warm soaks. The hot tub gives me the same therapy right in my own backyard! I feel the heat penetrate to my swollen joints, and the Spa helps loosen the joints and give me more mobility. My son and his girlfriend find the Spa a fun way to spend a romantic evening. They enjoy soaking by candlelight and soft music. My boyfriend does physical work and uses the spa to relieve sore muscles. He sits in the Spa, sets up a portable TV on a table and watches the ball game. My brother and his family bring their bathing suits when they come over. My brother has degenerative disc disease of the spine and he claims his back feels much better after soaking in the hot tub. His grandchildren, three young boys, love splashing and playing in the water. Sincerely, Pat Pope
