My husband, Scott and I were married in July of 1998, and the following year we built our first home. One of our main purchases was going to be a hot tub. We had decided to purchase a hot tub, not only for leisure and entertaining, but for healing reasons also. Scott had back surgery years ago, and although he has fully recovered from the surgery, residual aches and pains occur regularly. I too had been through months of physical therapy for strain in the neck and shoulders, as well as pain in the forearms and wrists – occupational hazards! The hot tub was going to be our “get away” in many respects. We had visited many home shows and spa stores, and decided that ThermoSpas was the best. A representative came out to our building site and evaluated the area in which we were contemplating putting the hot tub. He went through all of the models, explaining all of the features that each contained. We decided on the concord model, mainly for me, since it contained the pillow jet, and thought that it would be ideal for my neck discomfort. The house closing was unfortunately delayed for two months. ThermoSpas customer service arranged to come back for us when the house was completed and moved the hot tub to the specially constructed deck area. It did not take long for us to being enjoying our hot tub. Physically, it helped to relieve the muscular stress form many long hours at work; mentally and emotionally, it allowed us to savor a few moments away from the hustle and bustle going on around us. We looked forward to coming home every night and unwinding from a busy day, relaxing and spending quality time together. All family members have also enjoyed the benefits that our ThermoSpa has to offer. We have thought about changing our home into the Devine Bed and Breakfast because everyone comes to our house to “get away” and relax mainly due to the hot tub! We have owned our home now for nearly two years. Our first winter was an especially cold one, and while on vacation, the pump froze and caused the heating element in the hot tub to seize. ThermoSpas came out, replaced the heating element at no charge, and we have been running smoothly ever since. The service department and sales personnel have always been courteous and very helpful. We have been so pleased with the performance and service from ThermoSpas that we have recommended ThermoSpas to all of our neighbors and friends.
