My wife and I have had our ThermoSpa for ten months. My first experience with a spa was at my daughter’s house. She and her husband had bought one and since she lives a couple of states away, it was a while before we visited and experienced the spa. They had to threaten to drain the water to get me out! It was so peaceful, warm, and comfortable. I used their spa morning and night. The stay at my daughter’s house was too short! Back at home, my thoughts kept wandering back to the tub/ My wife would say something like, “Wow, Just imagine if we had a spa of our own!” “I would get in it right now.” I replied. “Not before me!” We started shopping at the LARGE stores that had everything but specialized in nothing. We couldn’t really get our questions answered. Then we started seeing the ThermoSpas commercials on television. We contacted ThermoSpas. One of the representatives came out soon. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the product. We talked about the features and sizes and the user friendly products that we would need and costs involved to maintain the spa. We found in the catalog a spa perfectly suited for us, ordered it, and in three short weeks we were enjoying our own spa! For the first two weeks it seemed as though we were on vacation. Let me share the healthful benefits of my spa. I’ve had two back surgeries and have permanent sciatic nerve damage. Sometimes my pain is almost intolerable. I don’t like to take strong medicine prescribed for pain, so the spa has truly been therapeutic. My orthopedic surgeon had recommended to me and my insurance company that I get a hot tub. The one problem I had with using most hot tubs was the heavy tops that had to be “man handled” off and then back on. Through ThermoSpas I became aware of the Thermo Lift. One hand is all it takes to get the lid open. I can, by myself, use the tub without help from anyone. Also, I have a long history of kidney stones. On five occasions, my spa has saved me a trip to the hospital. After sitting in the spa, the blocked stone worked loose and I was able to pass it an hour or so afterwards. Since we’ve had the spa, I have only missed a few days of using it. Thank you ThermoSpas for such a fine product. I have highly recommended your products and friendly service.
