I have had ThermoSpa for several years now and have enjoyed using it everyday. My primary purpose for purchasing my ThermoSpa was for health reasons. Due to a car accident in 1979, I have had muscle spasms for many years and it was getting difficult to move around. I was having trouble standing up and the loss of activity had added many pounds to my body weight, making the problems worse. After speaking with my doctor, he suggested heat, massage, and rest. So when I saw the commercials for a ThermoSpa, I decided to call you. I began using the ThermoSpa every day allowing my muscles to relax from the heat and the jets to handle the message. Almost immediately, I found the muscle spasms reduced which allowed me more movement. After about three months, I began doing some light water exercises, recommended by my Physical Therapist. This increased my movement even more. As time went on, I began adding more and more water exercises to my routine. Now, more then three years later, I have my life back. I was able to get into a regular exercise program, increase my energy levels, and have actually lost 85 pounds since my original purchase date. I could not have done any of this without ThermoSpa. Thank you! I’d also like to tell you that your customer service department has been wonderful. Since I live in the area, I stop by to pick up my chemicals and your staff is always courteous, helpful, and great to talk to.
